Fit Republic opened its doors in Red Bluff on December 15th, 2017 after much anticipation and excitement from the community. They were drawn to Tehama County for the customer base, including our surrounding areas which totals 60,000+ in population. The Fit Republic team wanted to bring with them a new state of fitness and results, building value throughout Tehama County.
Fit Republic created fourteen new jobs in Tehama County, looking for people with customer service and sales skills, professional, fitness-minded and driven. They had a great experience opening their business in Red Bluff with fast turnaround on permitting and they felt welcomed into the community.
We had an opportunity to sit down and chat with Brandon Berona, who opened and currently manages the Red Bluff location. He shared that they have found real value in getting to know people in the community, talking to the new signups and just getting out there right from the beginning. It’s driven many word-of-mouth sign-ups. He also shared that Fit Republic offers Blue Line Memberships for police, fire, EMT, and active military.
Let’s meet Brandon!
Brandon has been in the fitness business since 1987, starting as a front desk attendant at seventeen years old to owning his own gym, and consulting for fitness brands across the country. He started with Fit Republic, opening the Salma, California facility in October of 2016. His background and experience in the Fitness world and in marketing furthered his success when he opened the facility in Red Bluff, California, where he now calls home. Brandon also teaches the fitness education and nutrition classes at Fit Republic.
He shared the company’s mission and expansion plans stating, “Fit Republic is the new state of fitness and offers 55+ clean, state of the art affordable facilities in California and Washington. We are results driven, meaning our main objective is to help our members reach their fitness goals through the FIT Nation group training program.” Fit Republic is the #1 Fastest Growing Fitness brand with facilities from Tulare/Visalia, California to Tacoma, Washington.
