Construction on schedule - Ross opens mid-March
Monday, October 22, 2018
Construction of the former Walmart building in Red Bluff is moving along swiftly and right on schedule, according to a source at Ethan Conrad Properties. The building will be divided into seven suites with the first tenant, Ross Dress For Less, taking the front corner and occupying 20,000 square feet. There will be facades for three stores in the front of the building with the remaining storefronts on either side and one in the back.
The deadline for completing construction is mid-February. Ross plans to open a month later in mid-March. The exterior of the building and facades will be completed at this point, as well as the interior of the section Ross will occupy. The interior of the additional spaces will be remodeled to suit for future tenants.
Anyone looking to apply for a position with Ross Dress For Less can apply at the Redding location.
