Red Bluff Welcomes Locally Sourced Food Truck

Yess B’s Curbside Diner opened in December and specializes in culinary options made with locally grown and sourced food from Tehama County and the surrounding area. Yess B’s offers comfort food with an always changing menu, all from a brand new ‘state of the art’ food trailer. This is one seriously outfitted food cart!
Diane, a self-described foodie met Yess, a trained Chef who hailed from Canada before moving to Red Bluff, while volunteering for Tehama Together and organizing the first ‘Field to Fork’ event. The relationship blossomed from there. Buy a cart, design a menu, open and feed the masses. That was the plan!
As far as the taste of the food goes, you’re in for a treat! The big hit is the All-in Waffle! The key to the Yess B waffle is the batter which creates a light and fluffy base and can be topped with an assortment of toppings including homemade jams and fresh fruit. They even offer the hard to find chicken and waffle combo. Other menu items have included: pork wings and waffle with spicy syrup, cheese biscuits and sausage gravy, crispy pork skin salad with Asian vinaigrette, pork nuggets n' fries with Kentucky barfight aioli, butternut squash quiche, the list goes on! Those who have had the pleasure of trying Chef Yess’ creations at Farmer’s Market, a Farm to Table event or most recently, the Bull and Gelding Sale, are already raving about her!
Their mission is to serve the highest quality ingredients and use local and seasonal when possible. Everything served is made from scratch and you can tell by the freshness of every bite.
Yess B’s Curbside Diner will be stationed behind Bob’s Tire on Walnut in Red Bluff. They will also serve at the Saturday Morning Farmer’s Market and other local events. Be sure to follow the Facebook page for updated schedules, event appearances and menus!
